Sacred Return
A safe space to explore, practice, and grow.
Here, you can come home to your truest self. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to begin.
What makes Sacred Return different?
Becoming takes time. I'm curious what your life would look like if you gave yourself permission to see what that journey could look like.
At Sacred Return, you are not alone!Together we have the opportunity to approach whatever might be coming up with curiosity. Opening the door to what's possible and discovering new ways life can be lived and experienced. You are allowed to grow at your own pace.Small steps can create meaningful momentum.Imagine what life would be like, getting the chance to understand yourself and your emotions?Progress doesn't require perfection.Did you know, you can learn new ways of responding to old patterns?Your past may be part of your story, but it doesn't have to define every chapter that follows.Change is a process, not a destination.
There are no overnight promises here. Just realistic hope, intentional practice, and the understanding that meaningful progress is often built one small step at a time.

Sasha Foxington
I believe meaningful change begins when we feel safe enough to explore what's possible.
My path to this work has been shaped by both professional experience and personal growth. Life hasn't always been easy, and my own journey has taught me just how much our experiences can influence the way we see ourselves, navigate relationships, and move through the world. There was a time when I had to learn how to understand my own emotions, recognize the patterns I had developed, and find healthier ways to care for myself. That process didn't happen overnight. It took patience, curiosity, self-reflection, and a willingness to keep showing up for myself—even when the steps forward felt small.Through that experience, I came to understand the importance of being heard without judgment, having space to explore what you're feeling, and discovering that change doesn't require having everything figured out.Today, I bring that understanding into my coaching practice.I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel supported, understood, and empowered to create a life that feels more aligned with who they are, or who they would like to become and integrating what truly matters to them.My approach combines genuine connection, thoughtful questions, deep listening, and practical tools that encourage self-awareness, personal growth, and meaningful everyday change.Bringing together an understanding of how our brains adapt and learn, the importance of integrating meaningful experiences and personal realizations, and the practical steps that help turn awareness into action.
Through reflection, intentional practice, and supportive accountability, we explore familiar patterns, build new habits, and create opportunities for meaningful change in everyday life.
Because transformation isn't just about what we discover about ourselves—it's about how we begin to live with that understanding.I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all path, and I don't expect your journey to look like anyone else's.You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to begin and the openness to give it a try.My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability as you discover what moving forward can look like for you.

A SPACE TO BE HUMAN
Is change possible?
Yes!
Your brain is not set in stone. And neither are your patterns. For a long time, people believed that the brain became relatively fixed as we grew older. We now understand that the brain continues to adapt throughout life in response to what we learn, practice, experience, and repeatedly do.This ability is known as neuroplasticity.Think of a path through a field of grass. The more often you walk the same route, the more visible and familiar that path becomes. Our patterns can work in a similar way. Repeated thoughts, behaviors, and responses can become familiar routes that are easier to follow. But familiar doesn't mean permanent. With awareness, intentional practice, and supportive routines, we can begin exploring different ways of thinking, responding, and moving through everyday life.My coaching approach draws on this understanding to help you work with your patterns rather than judge yourself for having them.Change doesn't have to happen all at once. Sometimes it begins with one small choice, practiced consistently, until a new possibility starts to feel more natural.
